| Walters transforms our pack because he offers a point of difference.
Easily our best forward tonight.
Leeming adopted a bit of mongrel he doesn’t usually have and looked much better for it.
Keighran easily man of match for me.
Still loads to work on but signs look positive props ran harder showed more enthusiasm.
Not concerned about Nsemba missing next week, despite the hype he’s still miles off a key player.
Tonight was positive in the main, hopefully we move forward again next week win lose or draw.
If we keep improving from this week we will be the team to beat in October.

| I'm watching the game back. As so often, it looks a bit better than it did live. I'm not a fan of being behind the goal, but that's away games. Half-time now, and so far, as at the game, impressed with Keighran's efforts, and much less so with Harry Smith. And Zach, of course. Signs of some green shoots between AK and Farrimond?

| Walters adds a lot to the team, all effort and plays 80 if needed. I thought Havard was better last night, Smith and O'Neil both pushing the ref with their indiscipline, I thought Smith was heading to the bin when he would not shut up, another ref would have binned him

| Defensively a bit better but still look clunky in attack most of the time - makes me wonder what Peet is doing because we look like we haven't been coached at all at times.
Thought Faz had his best game in ages last night looked more like the player he can be, Keighran and Eckersley were both good. Smith is still miles off (wonder if he will improve with French back - might be a case of him trying to do too much) and Field had one of his worst games for us.
The Byrne penalty was silly given how Kendal was actively looking to penalise Wigan every time we had Warrington pinned in their own 25, was getting ridiculous how many times he did it, some of the ones he gave were really soft.
We will need to improve another 50% to get close to getting anything against Hull KR because Warrington were poor in their creativity and made so many mistakes that we had it easy at times yet is still finished closer than it should have.

| Anybody else got charged more than they thought at the match on Friday? Bar guy said £30 terminal said £30 so tapped and walked away. Checked bank account on Saturday and had been charged £39. Sent an email to Warrington asking how to dispute and will obviously follow up with my bank but just wondered if anyone else had a similar issue?
