Fitzgibbon i'd be more than happy to see the back off, Philbin i think has given us good service and at times has been brilliant, but he does lack the bigger size for a really effective prop. But i still think he does a good job for us.

Sipley i'm very happy with, i think he'll do well over here. Not sure if he'll start for us or we're looking at massive impact with him and TPJ coming off the bench. So would assume currently with who we know we have, it would be Byrne and Yates or Harrison starting?
If we're trying to move Fitzgibbon on are we trying to keep Matterson to take his place?
Lastly, has anybody heard anything about Dufty apparently fighting in the changing room after Leigh?
Philbin needs moving on. He hit good form in 2019 but has been largely ineffectual since - the impact sub with little or no impact. 1 offload and 1 break in 19 appearances this season. I was amazed at his extension to be honest.
Fitzgibbon has given poor return on investment with the amount of games missed through injury and recent form. When on form he is great, but those periods are few and far between now. I think his body is saying no.
Russell clearly needs to move on together with all those involved with giving him a 2 year contract.
I don't think we can afford Matterson he has a $700K AUS contract for 2026. (£340K)
